NovaLixir is an online platform for presenting products and receiving orders. Sales, cash-on-delivery collection and shipping are carried out by authorised partner distributors for each market, who act as the seller of the goods. When you confirm an order, your delivery details are passed to the partner distributor responsible for your market, who contacts you to confirm the order and arranges delivery. Prices and delivery times shown on the site are confirmed during the order confirmation call. Withdrawal and refund rights are exercised under the terms of the partner distributor, with NovaLixir mediating the communication so that every request is resolved.
